RaceKing (referred to as "RaceKing", "we", or "the Service") provides racing information, horse-racing data analysis, prediction signals, and AI chat features. This policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect information when you use the RaceKing App and raceking.ai.
Important: RaceKing analysis, predictions, and AI responses are for reference only. They do not guarantee race results and are not betting, investment, or financial advice.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies when you create an account, sign in, browse races, use Chat, save followed items, use subscription features, or contact support. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using the relevant services.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information, such as your email address, phone number, sign-in credentials, and any basic profile information you choose to provide.
- Conversation information, including questions, messages, chat history, and race context you provide to the AI assistant.
- Support information, including questions, email content, and attachments you send to us.
- Subscription or transaction information, such as plan, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Qualified payment platforms process payment details; we do not store complete card numbers.
Information generated automatically
To provide the Service, identify abnormal activity, and improve stability, we may collect device type, operating system, App version, IP address, language setting, usage times, pages viewed, diagnostics, and crash data. The website may use essential cookies or similar technology to remember preferences and maintain secure sessions.
3. How we use information
- Create and maintain your account and provide race, follow, notification, and subscription features.
- Generate AI responses from your questions and race context, and retain Chat history you ask us to save.
- Organize racing data, display prediction signals, and improve product experience, performance, and reliability.
- Process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and send necessary account and security notices.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and other conduct that breaches our Terms of Use.
- Comply with applicable law, court orders, or lawful requests from authorities.
4. AI processing and service providers
Your Chat content is processed in our service environment to generate the response you request. We may use cloud hosting, analytics, error monitoring, push notification, customer support, and payment providers to operate the Service. They may process only the information necessary under our instructions and agreements. We do not sell personal information unless required by law or separately agreed by you.
5. Retention and international transfers
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or longer where required for legal compliance, disputes, account security, or financial records. Service providers may process information outside Hong Kong. We use reasonable contractual, access-control, and security measures to protect it.
6. Your choices and rights
- You may update editable account information and notification preferences in the App.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, except where the law requires retention.
- You may opt out of non-essential promotional messages. Necessary service, security, and transaction notices are unaffected.
- You may submit an account deletion request in the App account settings. If you cannot sign in, contact us at the email address below.
7. Account deletion
To permanently delete your RaceKing account and related information, email support@raceking.ai from your registered email address with the subject "Delete Account" and sufficient information to verify the account. We will process the request within a reasonable period. Transaction or security records may be retained where required by law.
8. Children's privacy
RaceKing is not designed for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Contact us immediately if you believe a minor has submitted information to us.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures including access controls, encrypted transmission, permissions management, logging, and monitoring. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our features, legal obligations, or operations change. We will publish the revised policy and update its date on this page. Material changes may also be announced in the App or through another reasonable channel.
