RaceKing (referred to as "RaceKing", "we", or "the Service") provides Hong Kong racing information, horse-racing data analysis, prediction signals, and AI chat features. This policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect information when you use the RaceKing App and raceking.ai.
Important: RaceKing is not a bookmaker and does not accept wagers. Analysis, predictions, and AI responses are for reference only. They do not guarantee race results and are not betting, investment, or financial advice.
1. Scope of this policy
When you create an account, sign in, browse races, use Chat, save followed races, use subscription features, or contact support, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. Information we collect
The App currently supports account creation and sign-in with email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. If you use email verification for password reset or account deletion, we process the email address and verification code you provide.
Information you provide
- Account information, such as your email address, password (stored in encrypted form), Google or Apple sign-in identifiers, and any basic profile information you choose to provide.
- Conversation information, including questions, messages, race context, and Chat history stored after you sign in.
- Follow and notification preferences, such as followed races, alert mode, and settings for daily predictions, featured races, and early-bird odds notices.
- Support information, including questions, email content, and attachments you send to us.
- Subscription information, such as plan, payment status, and Apple transaction identifiers. Apple processes payments; we do not store complete card numbers.
Information generated automatically
To provide the Service, identify abnormal activity, and improve stability, we may collect device type, operating system, App version, IP address, language setting, usage times, screens viewed, and usage events recorded by Firebase Analytics and our servers. Push notifications require a device token, platform, and App version. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) for cross-app tracking, and we do not use a crash-reporting SDK.
The website switches language with a URL parameter. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. How we use information
- Create and maintain your account and provide race, follow, notification, and subscription features.
- Generate AI responses from your questions and race context, and retain signed-in Chat history so you can review it later.
- Organize Hong Kong racing data, display prediction signals, and improve product experience, performance, and reliability.
- Process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and send account, security, and transaction notices.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and other conduct that breaches our Terms of Use.
- Comply with applicable law, court orders, or lawful requests from authorities.
4. AI processing and service providers
Your Chat content is sent to AI model providers to generate the response you request. Some questions may also use web-search providers to check public race information. We use cloud hosting, Firebase Analytics, Apple (Sign in with Apple, the App Store, and push notifications), and Google Sign-In to operate the Service. They may process only the information necessary under our instructions and agreements. We do not sell personal information unless required by law or separately agreed by you.
5. Retention and international transfers
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or longer where required for legal compliance, disputes, account security, or financial records. Service providers may process information outside Hong Kong. We use reasonable contractual, access-control, and security measures to protect it.
6. Your choices and rights
- You may update editable account information and notification preferences in the App, including daily predictions, featured races, early-bird odds, and race-follow alerts.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, except where the law requires retention.
- You may submit an account deletion request in the App settings. If you cannot sign in, contact us at the email address below.
7. Account deletion
In the signed-in App, go to Settings and submit an account deletion request after completing identity verification. If you cannot sign in, email support@raceking.ai with enough information to verify the account.
Once the request is accepted, you are signed out immediately. We then remove account data, chat history, followed races, notification device data, and RaceKing entitlements. Deleting your RaceKing account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it separately in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. The same sign-in identity cannot register again for 180 days after deletion.
To prevent abuse and meet legal requirements, we may retain de-identified analytics records, account-deletion status, and transaction or security records required by law.
8. Age limit
RaceKing is only for people 18 years of age or older. It is not designed for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly provide the Service to, or collect personal information from, anyone under 18. Contact us immediately if you believe a person under 18 has submitted information, and we will handle it as required by applicable law.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures including access controls, encrypted transmission, permissions management, logging, and monitoring. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our features, legal obligations, or operations change. The revised version and date will be published on this page. We may also announce material changes in the App. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated policy.

This policy is interpreted under applicable Hong Kong law. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Traditional Chinese version prevails. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
