Welcome to RaceKing. RaceKing is an information and analysis App for horse-racing enthusiasts, providing Hong Kong race data, runner information, prediction signals, and AI Chat. By using the App, website, or related features, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Please note: RaceKing is not a bookmaker and does not accept wagers. Predictions, ratings, AI responses, and screenshots are for reference only and do not guarantee results or returns. Use the information responsibly, applying your own judgement and following local law.
1. Scope of the Service
We use reasonable efforts to provide race schedules, historical data, live or near-live information, analysis screens, followed lists, notifications, and Chat features. Information may be delayed, missing, or corrected because of source updates, networks, maintenance, model status, or other factors.
We may suspend, limit, or change parts of the Service for security, maintenance, legal, or product reasons and will give advance notice where reasonably practicable.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be capable of entering a binding agreement and comply with the laws where you live. If you are under 18, use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and protect your password and verification codes.
- Use only your own account. Do not sell, transfer, impersonate another person, or share sign-in access.
- Do not bypass access restrictions, reverse engineer, scrape data at scale, disrupt the Service, transmit malware, or use it unlawfully.
- Do not use AI, predictions, or race data to deceive, harass, or harm others, or claim that RaceKing makes wagering decisions for you.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, change your password immediately and contact support@raceking.ai. We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, a security risk, or a breach of these terms.
You may delete your account in the App. See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
4. AI, predictions, and risk disclosure
RaceKing models and AI Chat use available data to generate probabilities, runner shortlists, comparisons, and written explanations. Models can be wrong, omit information, misunderstand a question, or rely on outdated data. AI responses are not professional, betting, investment, or legal advice.
You should verify official race information and race-day conditions and remain responsible for your decisions. We do not promise accuracy, profit, strike rate, availability, or any particular outcome.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Some analysis features may require a subscription or one-time purchase. Price, billing period, trial, and available features will be shown on the purchase screen. Purchases through the Apple App Store are billed, renewed, cancelled, and refunded under Apple's terms and your account settings. Any future platform will apply its own rules.
You can cancel automatic renewal from the applicable platform's subscription settings. Unless required by law or platform policy, an active subscription period is generally not refunded proportionally.
6. Intellectual property and content
The RaceKing name, icon, interface, software, design, text, and analytical presentation are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Unless these terms expressly permit it, you may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, resell, or commercially exploit them.
You remain responsible for questions and content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide, protect, and improve the Service. We do not acquire your other pre-existing rights merely because you submit a question.
7. Third-party services and links
The App may connect to hosting, push notification, analytics, payment, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies govern those services. We do not control their independent content or availability.
8. Termination and limitation of liability
You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access under these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaceKing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delayed data, model errors, interruption, device failure, or decisions you make in reliance on analysis.
The Service is provided as-is and as available. We make no express or implied guarantee of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for service, legal, or security reasons. The revised version and date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
For account, sign-in, data, subscription, or feature issues, email support@raceking.ai. Include your device model, App version, time of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. Do not send passwords or complete payment details.

These terms are interpreted under applicable Hong Kong law. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
